Flock To The Birdcage Bar
There’s no substitute for a night out at the birdcage – we can’t really describe to you how cold the draught beer is, how exciting the cocktails are or how unique the location is. You need to come and see us and experience these things for yourself. But, in the meantime, just to give you something to go on, have a look at the pictures in our Gallery and see if the birdcage is somewhere you could get comfortable.
TEMPTING TASTES AT THE BIRDCAGE RESTAURANT
To start, Thai fishcakes, seared beef carpaccio, sea salt jumbo prawns. Our favourites, beer-battered fish, Birdcage burger, spaghetti with mussels, braised lamb and ribeye steak are very good. Then there are the plates for two, a whole roast corn-fed chicken or cote de boeuf and to finish there is a little pot of chocolate, selection of Scottish cheeses or espresso panna-cotta.
